TICKETS
• Camp Wanawanna is a rain or shine event and tickets are non-refundable.
• Camp Wanawanna is an all ages event, however attendees under 18 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
• Kids 12 & under get in free.
• Each camping attendee must have their OWN festival pass for entrance.
• Camp Wanawanna is a BYOB event. We do not serve any alcoholic beverages. You must be 21+ to drink alcoholic beverages.

CAMPING & PARKING
• If you're attending Camp Wanawanna but not camping, day parking will be available for your services.
• Camping will be provided at no extra cost and we suggest that all attendees stay over night and camp with us.
• You will not be able to choose your camping location. Parking attendants will park and camp you.
• If you do camp, be sure to bring plenty of warm gear, a tent, a sleeping bag, extra food and beverages, and what ever else you might need to camp.
• Fires are allowed in fire-pits only. If there is a burn ban, fires will not be allowed.
• We will provide bathrooms but will not provide showers.
• You may camp next to your car. Once you are set-up we ask that you do not leave with your car. If you have to leave and come back your car will have be re-searched when re-entering the festival.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
• Camp Wanawanna is a BYOB event. You must be 21+ to drink alcoholic beverages. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED. All cars will be searched especially for glass.
• 1 Food vendor will be available at the festival, however we do suggest if you're camping that you bring a small supply of snacks, drinks, and especially water.
WEATHER
• Camp Wanawanna will take place RAIN or SHINE. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at Camp Wanawanna; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival. ALL SALES ARE FINAL -
• Camp Wanawanna, in cooperation with local emergency services, will provide the most up to date and best weather information available in case of a severe weather outbreak affecting the grounds. Any severe weather announcements will be made from the Clubhouse Stage and weather notifications will be sent via our Facebook.
• Severe weather can sometimes occur with little or no advance warning. You should have a personal plan in place to help protect yourself in the event of a severe weather outbreak.
• In the event of lightning, seek shelter in your vehicle with windows rolled up or, if no vehicle is available, in a low lying area away from trees or items or height that may attract lightning. In the event of a thunderstorm, seek shelter, which may include getting inside vehicle away from trees.
• In the event of a tornado or high wind alert, take shelter. Leave your vehicle, tent, or camper and go to the nearest ditch, ravine, or low area. Lie flat and protect your head. Do not stand in your camper or tent. Do not try and outrun the storm in your vehicle. Do not enter groves of trees during a storm. Emergency crews will let you know when it is safe.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
• In case of an emergency, our medical staff will be located at the front gate. It is your responsibility to be observant of safety while attending Camp Wanawanna. Venue/Promoter are not responsible for any injuries that you may receive or cause while attending Camp Wanawanna.
• If you have a security concern, please notify the front gate and we will send a security official ASAP.
LEAVE NO TRACE
• PLAN AHEAD - don't bring excess.
• DISPOSE OF YOUR WASTE - There is a dumpster on the grounds - help out our trash service and take your bags and throw them in on your way out. Use the trash bins during the fest and if your see some trash blowing in the wind....try to get it and dispose of it properly.
• MINIMIZE CAMPFIRE IMPACTS - Contained and raised fires are allowed. Please don't leave piles of wood at campsites that didn't get used. If you have access wood, place the wood along the base of the nearest tree. Dispose of the ashes/coals appropriately, and ensure they are out completely as well.
• RESPECT THE WILDLIFE - there are barn cats, and other animals that live on the property. Not to mention all of the plant life that is present on the property. We are taking over their home for the weekend, so please be mindful of them as well.
• BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS - This is literal to your campsite, but also to the neighbors of the property, and any neighbor you have during the festival and beyond. Think of how much space you're taking up, don't leave waste of any kind behind, and always ALWAYS know that it's pure love out there.
RULES
• ALL CARS WILL BE SEARCHED.
• NO illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks or NITROUS TANKS are allowed on the festival grounds. Violators will be ejected from the facility and subject to prosecution under local, state, and federal laws.
• NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
• SERVICE ANIMALS...The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times and if a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, festival staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
• Unauthorized vending is not permitted.
• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
• Park only in designated areas. If your vehicle is found in an unauthorized area it will be towed to the on site tow lot and a fee will be assessed.
• NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED.
• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES
• NO ATVs, golf carts, scooters, or other gas/electric powered recreational vehicles.
• Respect the environment. Please use trash and recycling bags provided by the festival.
• Listen to and respect all staff members, whether it is a parking attendant or a police officer. Your safety and well-being is our #1 concern.
